Last month a very special little man entered my life, Andrew my first nephew was born and he's absolutely perfect and adorable. He was so chill and amazing for his newborn session, and big sister Isla was fantastic as well. I went to their home in Walnut Grove, Langley for this newborn lifestyle session and got some amazing images from the day.
I had to laugh when my brother rolled out this large ships wheel though and asked if we could incorporate it. I love the final image, but man was it a tough one to capture. Andrew is born into a long nautical line, my family has been involved on the waterfront for generations, so all the perfect nautical details were amazing. His nursery is the cutest one I've seen to date - it's nautical in the most tasteful way. I'm going to need my sister-in-law to come decorate my home with those same details!
