As I teach my daughter to go for her dreams, practice, learn and instill in her that nothing worth doing is ever easy, I am reminded that I, too, need to follow my own advice, casting aside any self-doubt or fear.
With that being said, I am excited announce the official launch of Kelly G Photography and put myself out there as a newborn & family lifestyle photographer.
This is not an overnight dream or decision. For as long as I can remember, I have loved photography and appreciated other people’s art and work. When my daughter and son were born, I started to study, upgrade equipment and learn how to get the photographs I wanted and loved.

As friends and family had kids, I began to get requests to take a few newborn photos or family pictures and I started to think about starting my own business. But I was afraid, afraid of failure, afraid of not being taking seriously and had a lot self-doubt. But here I am, going for my dreams, learning, studying, sacrificing all because I LOVE to photograph other people.
So why lifestyle photography? I love capturing the raw emotions that come with holding a new baby, smelling their hair, feeding them either from the breast or a bottle, bathing them - I love it all. I want you to look back at your photos in one month, week, year and decade and remember those emotions you felt.
I want to capture a happy family hiking, biking, camping, skipping rocks, baking and experiencing each other. Those are the moments you’re going to hold on to, and I want to document those for you.
