I met Kennedy and Ray at Deer Lake in Burnaby for a sunset maternity session on Friday. I was so excited to photograph at Deer Lake, as it has everything you could want in a session and we lucked out, despite the forecast calling for rain - we had brilliant sunshine and and beautiful golden light.
Kennedy and Ray turned out to be so much fun, so easy to work with and super willing to walk around to find some beautiful hidden little spots within Deer Lake which lent themselves to beautiful images.
I'm so so happy with the way these turned out - they may be my new favourite sessions to capture (sorry newborns)!
